Article 26 – WINDING UP THE WUKO
- The potential winding up of the WUKO shall be resolved by the Congress, with a majority of at least three quarters of the votes which may be cast by the associates.
- All the assets and the archives of the WUKO shall be donated to Ethical Bodies, in the event of winding up or however to other no-profit associations that promote educational and ethical activities, as indicated by the Congress in its last Congress.
