Article 25 – STATUTE AMENDMENTS
- The Statute shall be duly approved by the WUKO Congress and may be amended only by the Congress in question, with a favourable vote of at least one half plus one of the total number of votes present at the time the powers are verified.
- The proposals to amend the Statute may be based on an initiative of the WUKO-DC or the Associations. In this case the amendment proposals shall be presented by at least 50% plus one of the Associations with voting rights and shall be deposited with the WUKO General Secretariat by registered letter or by fax within 6 months from the date of the Ordinary Congress, or 90 days before an Extraordinary Congress.
