Article 23 – REGULATIONS

1. The WUKO-DC shall prepare specific regulations to determine special, procedural, technical and administrative regulations and to implement the statutory principles.
2. Such regulations shall be in harmony with the principles established by this Statute.
3. The WUKO regulations shall be issued by the WUKO-DC, shall be ratified by the Congress and may be amended only by resolutions made by the Congress in question.
