Article 17 – VALIDITY OF CONGRESSES
- Congresses shall be deemed valid at first call when the overall number of votes is equal to at least one half plus one of the total votes held by the parties entitled to vote. In second call, one hour later, whatever the number of parties present with voting rights.
- The WUKO-DC may annul the Congress at its own initiative or following recourse by the interested parties and may appoint an Extraordinary Commissioner who shall convene another Extraordinary Congress, within 90 days, if it is found that serious breaches have been committed during the Continental Congress, which nullify its validity. Recourse shall be submitted within 30 days from date of the proceedings of the Congress in question.
