Article 15 – GENERAL SECRETARIAT
- The General Secretariat comprises the office and services necessary to enable the WUKO to function. The General Secretariat shall be directed by a General Secretary who ensures its functional operation and effectiveness in compliance with the directives issued by the President.
- The General Secretary shall be appointed by the WUKO-DC based on a proposal made by the President.
- The General Secretary:
a) Executes the resolutions made by the competent Directing Bodies.
b) Performs the tasks and exercises the functions that have been conferred thereon by the Statute and by the Regulations.
c) Supervises the staff assigned to the WUKO that report to him based on the current regulations.
