Article 13 – SPORTS JUDGE

1. The WUKO-DC shall appoint a Sports Judge who shall resolve all disciplinary breaches.
2. After the file has been opened the General Secretary shall transfer to the competent Sports Judge all the reports related to any given member.
3. Judgement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the WUKO-DC in the case of the President, the Vice-Presidents, the Auditors and the Presidents of the Continental Committees.
4. The Sports Judge shall remain in office for the full four-year period, barring cases of resignation, substitution or fall from office of the body that appointed same.
