New W.u.k.o. World Chairman
According to the W.u.k.o. Statutes the President can appoint a Chairman, s. Article 8, point 3:
Article 8 – PRESIDENT
Point 3: The President can appoint a W.U.K.O. Chairman among the six Vice-Presidents and devolve on him, in full or in part, his functions and powers.
The President, considering the powers entrusted him by the W.u.k.o. Statutes, the various personal engagements and the great number of affiliate nations, decided to appoint a Chairman to support and aid him in its activity. The most suitable among the six Vicepresidents, also due to the available time and to the existence of a Personal multilingual Secretariat, seemed the 3rd Vice President
